Clean engraving style in NYC?

looking for an artist in nyc who does work similar to Robin Evennou in Paris: www.instagram.com/robin_kss

I have a few tattoos from Robin, but it’s obviously not the easiest trip every time i want another piece, so i’m hoping to find someone with a similar style here.

I’m not sure how to describe it but it’s not quite “woodcut” or “engraving” - a lot of those artists have a looser, sketchier style, whereas his work feels more clean, structured and almost architectural. really controlled linework and hatching, lots of medieval/heraldic imagery. Is neo-engraving a thing?

attaching a few examples of robin’s work for reference. not looking to copy a specific piece, just trying to find someone working in that same style.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Is this a scam? Anything I should do to safeguard?

Just got a duplicated text "A prepaid card has been added to your mobile wallet! If you did not recently add a card to your Apple Pay account, please call 1-833-XXX-XXXX"

Weirdly it's from the same 5 digit number & thread that sent this message in 2022: "You know the drill. Here's the code to activate your TransferWise card for Apple Pay: XXXXXX"

The odd thing is I did activate a Wise account around then, so it feels like that may have been a legitimate message (though can't be 100% sure).

The "prepaid card" bit is odd too. I also have been hit with quite a few phishing attempts lately. No cards have been added to my Wallet in my iCloud account. I checked with Wise support and my Wise card hasn't been added to any new wallets.

I obviously am not calling that number — but I guess my only concern is that it's a legitimate text notification and that somehow someone has accessed my Apple Wallet? Anyone have any ideas?

Was this a phishing attempt? please help!

I just got a push notification from the Gmail app that asked if I was trying to recover my account. I wasn't, so I hit "No, it wasn't me" and got the follow-up message saying your passwords are fine and there's nothing further you need to do.

A couple hours later I got a call from a 650 area code from a young sounding guy with an American accent claiming to be from Google and wanting to help whitelist some server to safeguard me, something about my DNS server. Not sure specifics, I'm not that technical

I got an email at the same time saying that "[emailaddress]@gmail.com wants to use your email address as their recovery email. Use this code to finish setting up your address as a recovery email:"

The guy on the phone told me about that email as it came in, he confirmed this foreign email address, told me it was coming from Germany, and asked me to confirm that it was not me. I did.

He then sent me an email that came from noreply@ google.com. The subject line was "Re: Case #5843: Your assigned representative - [first name last name]. View case: sites.google.com/view/ticket-####" (4 digit ticket number)

He told me to follow that URL so that we could move forward validating my ID and fixing the server issue to safeguard me. When I got to that URL, it looked like a very legit Google sign in screen but my alarm bells went off before I entered my password, and I asked him how else he could confirm he was legit.

He said that since his emails were coming from noreply @ google.com that proved it, I also asked him to send a Gmail app push notification to my device, which he did.

But he was getting impatient with me and I was getting a weird vibe. I said that I was going to call Google back myself. His response was that I would probably be on hold for "2 and a half hours" and that if I didn't work with him, Google would not be liable for any financial loss resulting from any hack.

Everything points to a clear phishing attempt aside from his ability to send emails from @google.com domain and send me a push notification.

Appreciate anyone who read all this. A little freaked out. Any thoughts here?

I'm looking to join my family's T-Mobile plan, when I went to add a device and entered the IMEI, it returned a message saying:

"This phone won’t get full 5G performance. Your device can connect to our network, but may have limited coverage or slower speeds. To get the fastest 5G experience, we recommend upgrading."

I've connected to 5G with this phone for a couple years now, through other carriers. Also my brother is on this family plan with an iPhone 14 and has no complaints.

Is this just a push to get me to upgrade? Why won't I get full 5G? Does T-Mobile have some sort of super 5G? Will I really notice the speeds being slower?

I'm not super mobile-tech literate, ELI an idiot please!
