Mine is Steam version, I followed https://gillian-guide.github.io/ guide to fix gta 4, the "drag and drop" one, version Complete Edition (1.2.0.59)

I usually skip the cutscenes, so Idk if i skipped anyother texture glitches before.
How can i fix it?

Sei que beleza é algo subjetivo, mas sempre tive a impressão de que o catolicismo é muito AESTHETIC. As catedrais, pinturas, esculturas parecem ter uma preocupação enorme com a beleza e o senso de grandiosidade.

A mitologia grega também com as esculturas mas, para mim, o catolicismo acaba "ganhando" nessa.

OW is my fav game, but i feel hopeless to invest on it when this happen. Horrible experience :( this match.
