I’m helping a small local mental health group redesign their website, and we’ve been stuck on the homepage text for days.

One phrase someone suggested was:

“Stay Optimistic, Don’t Fall Apart, Mental Health Is Where We Start.”

I honestly can’t tell if it sounds comforting or just too much like a slogan.

If you saw this on a mental health website, what would your first reaction be?

Does it feel genuine, forced, cheesy, comforting, or something else?

We’re trying really hard to avoid sounding fake or overly motivational, so I’d genuinely appreciate honest opinions.
