I main tank but, I'd say I'm mediocre at best. What are some nuances to tanking that people often miss?

Getting some of the more obvious stuff out of the way like use cover, know when to give up space, peel when able, play more life when solo tanking.

Is there any way to help them

My narc friend discarded me again recently after another long argument. The first few times it really hurt. This time it hurts but now I'm finding I just want to help her somehow but, it's impossible to explain anything she does wrong. She'll always deflect or go down some other line of thought that doesn't make any sense. Even when she actually takes the time to listen to me without arguing we'll come away from a 3 hour long conversation having gotten nowhere. I feel like this is the final time shes gonna discard me. I gave her a message saying I forgive her and she hearted it but, she hasn't actually messaged back. But, even if she does idk how to approach her anymore. I don't feel that desperation anymore. Part of me wants to just wash my hands of her but, the other still genuinely cares. I'd love to see her succeed but, she won't even entertain therapy.

Not in the sense that they can't come back from some crazy things at insane speeds but, in how much they'll be able to use it in battle. It seems to get overwhelmed a lot in battle and if they need to do a hard reset but, have no arms they kinda just lose in a 1v1. Denji is a especially bad in a battle of attrition due to how much he just face tanks (and "tanks" is an overstatement he gets shredded) stuff. He loses fights all the time even as Denjiman and only survives via outside help. It makes for an awesome and metal as fuck fighting style but, they tend to run out of gas quickly.

Especially burgers. Black bean burgers are my favorite of this type. I wouldn't say they taste exactly like the original but, honestly I eat them just so I can have something different. My only real problem is they're not very filling. It'll take two burgers to be equal to one. The texture is also different but, that difference for me adds to the uniqueness. I'm by no means a vegan but, I think people should at least give it a try once. Especially black bean burgers.
