My new baby

2023 a spec w/tech 6MT bought her with 23k miles white interior

Only mods are acuity shifter and a billetzworks knob

Time for new shoes?

I currently do my everyday miles in my novablast 5. I did enjoy them, but I feel like the foam is flat and not as responsive. I also notice the foam will “bottom out and stick” when I step. This is mainly on my left shoe. Is it time to replace the shoe or can I squeeze more miles out of them? I have noticed my left knee is having some random pains, but I have been upping my mileage a little bit. I’m not sure if it’s the shoe or just due to running a bit more.

If it is time for new shoes any recs? I was thinking vomero plus but I’m open to other suggestions.

I weigh around 170lbs
I have about 180miles on my novablast5 .

I have the evo sl for my speed days currently.

NOT COMING UNDONE

It’s spinning but I’m not getting anywhere…
I’ve tried putting the knob on and rotating the opposite way but no luck.

Suggestions?

Cleaned my alcantara seats using sonax alcantar cleaner and the brush,

I gently wet seat with a spray bottle, and then applied a pump of the cleaner onto the sonax brush and I rubbed it in gently in different directions and in sections of the whole seat. I then grabbed a clean microfiber and wet it slightly and tried to get the cleaner out.

There are some left over stains? Any ideas?
Is this just a technique issue? I’ve done this a few times already.

I currently own a forerunner 165 and I really like it. The only other watch Ive used is an Apple Watch. I do a lot of running, weight lifting, hiit, and less often hiking.

I was looking at the 265 but is this even worth an upgrade? Now my next options could be like a 965.

I could probably get an epix pro 2 for around $280 but I heard the epix lineup is more outdoorsy maps and it’s significantly heavier.

Anyone in my shoes? And what did you pick

Found this on my car… don’t know what happened. 23 integra.

Anyone fix something like this? Small hole in the bottom mesh and there is a bend in the black piece at the bottom.

Any alternatives?
