Does Anyone Have Experience With Estetica Wigs?

I’m not familiar with Estetica Wigs and I’m hoping people can share their experience with the brand.

I’m looking at this short style in particular, but I would love to hear from everyone about any wigs they may have from Estetica.

Thanks!

Tips on Coloring a Human Hair WIG?

This is a 100% European human hair and it’s got some of softest and most luxurious hair I have ever felt. I love it!

The problem is I don’t love this particular shade of blonde. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice, just not my favorite.

I’m agonizing over taking it to a wig salon that has experience coloring wigs…

I would like it a little toned down and maybe lowlights?

My dilemma is the wig was expensive, close to $3000 dollars, so of course I’m worried about it getting ruined or it just coming out badly.

I’m inclined to just live with it and not take the risk…

I’m hoping people can share their experiences with coloring their HH wigs and offer any tips and advice!

Tell Me About Your Favorite Short Wigs?

This one is Ellen Wille Mondo. It’s European human hair, hand tied, with a lace front. The color is Champagne Blonde rooted.

The color is a little lighter than I would like, but I do have pretty fair skin and blue eyes, so I feel like it’s not too bad on me.

The hair feels really luxurious and the cap is super comfortable.

I would love for people to share suggestions for short wigs and brands that they would recommend.

I have bought longer pieces and had them cut down and customized, but not only is that expensive, I just find it stressful…

I just get so worried it’s going to get messed up! Lol

Anyone Have Experience with Envy Wigs!

I would like to hear people’s experiences with Envy wigs?

I know they are made with “Envy Hair” which is a 70/30 blend of synthetic and human hair which I’m fine with…

I know a lot of people don’t like human hair/ synthetic blends, but I have several from Ellen Wille and they are really nice and are some of my favorite wigs.

This one is called “Destiny” and comes in a lot of different colors, plus it’s a short style that I like…

Anyhow, I’m hoping people here can share their experiences with the Envy wig brand, good or bad.

New Salt and Pepper Wig…What Do You Think?

So I’m not getting any younger and have decided to add some grey wigs to my collection. Lol

Pic on the left is a new salt and pepper wig and I kinda really like it!

Pic on the right is one of my go to “throw and go” everyday wigs with some highlights in it.

It’s short, simple and I think it looks pretty “normal”, so I don’t really think anyone will ever thinks “That’s a WIG!” which is what I like about it.

Anyhow, I think grey, silver, and maybe even a white wig might be in future now… Lol

So anyone here think they would never get a grey wig and now love them?

Advice about Converting

Advice about Conversion

Converting

I have been seriously considering converting to Judaism.

I have attended a Reform Synagogue near me and have had incredibly positive experiences there.

The rabbi is incredibly dynamic and everyone there has been incredibly welcoming.

I have met quite a few people there who converted for their spouses and marriages and they shared their experiences of conversion with me. It made me feel so at ease and that I would be welcomed there as well if converted.

My concerns are that I was born, baptized, and confirmed Episcopalian and even my first name feels problematic and embarrassing to me (it’s actually Christian… Lol) I just introduce myself as “Chris” when I am there.

To complicate matters further I have been more and more interested in Orthodoxy and more specifically Modern Orthodox, but feel that I would most likely not be accepted if I attempted to pursue that path.

Anyhow, I was hoping for some advice and perhaps people sharing their feelings on conversion and how they feel about converts in their own communities.
