GTA VI footage technical analysis
What do we see? Supposedly 2023 footage pre trailer 2.
Hybrid RT/SSR reflections in puddles? 30fps clearly.

This was the night of that solar eclipse (12th-13th August), so it was a moon-free sky. I'd never really tried this before because I don't live in a rural area. But knowing I would be on a small holiday to Count Down, Northern Ireland I took my tripod, and at the end of a long day, at midnight I had a stab at it for 20 mins (battling a very annoying sensitive porch light). I think they came out well(?)
10s, f1.8 on all, testing different iso's ranging from 3200 to 6400. Unfortunately the focus was infinite or auto, just couldn't remember how to peak manual fucus and/or do it correctly.
Was very pretty in real life and saw a couple shooting stars.
Currently at Cornelscourt Dunnes in Dublin waiting for our child to calm down after waking from their nap, and it's amazing how many old people with their big fat cars park so badly, whilst simultaneously abusing these spaces.
My random musings. What base resolution and upscaling do you think all the console versions will be at? If a PC user, will you buy a console to play it? Or wait?
Having just completed Cyperpunk2077 using PT, it definitely felt like a graphical leap and glimpse into future games on PS6 for example. I'd imagine, and of course judging from the trailers and screenshots, GTA VI will have a much higher level of detail - but worse lighting and shadows if you look closely? Just feels weird having to buy a console for this at 30fps. Really don't know whether to get a used Series X, I imagine the PC version will look dramatically better than base consoles, but not so much more so than PS5 Pro? The 60+ FPS is another factor.
GTA V uses RTGI and RT Reflections I believe, but that's based off an Xbox 360 game. I'd imagine something has to give or be faked given the very high detail levels seen so far for the base consoles at the very least? So curious about Series S.
Based on all games on console that use RT, where will GTA VI sit, can more really be squeezed from RDNA2 stone with money and time?
Hiya, first time here, first time Crocs user. I like the comfort - needing something to avoid walking barefoot around the house as I'm recovering from Plantar Fasciitis (around bottom of heel).

On Amazon, it specifically stated "We recommend sizing down (e.g if you're a UK7.5 to size down 7)". I am between sizes.

With the heel strap in Sports Mode it's a tight but comfortable fit (ideal for now imo). When in Slipper mode it's not super easy to slide into and the back of the heel isn't really in the shoe.

I'm looking for general and individual experiences with these in terms of size and fit. I'm thinking of returning and 'sizing up' by 0.5 but don't want it to be a mistake cos it's all a pain to do.
How does this work? Ireland doesn't burn oil, gets gas from Mayo and Scotland. Has majority renewable electricity sources.
I'm sure their analytics also show that most people are watching videos on mobile devices. These tend to have small screens. Personally I do too in a pinch when commuting etc but if it's something I care about I'll wait until I'm on my PC at home. Having a 3, 4 or 5+ way side by side split makes it just plain difficult to spot differences as the main or only way of showing them. And I feel DF in recent years tends to sometimes only or mainly present it this way.
I much prefer the "optician method" of flicking between stills or video in full screen. Then you can cap off at the end with side by sides.
This thought came to light when watching Hardware Unboxed's graphical optimisation video for Forza Horizon 6. Again beating DF to the punch.
I've circled in red where the drip was/is while currently parked at an angle on a downhill slope. It's the only wet part I could see underneath the car. Inside the car boot (trunk) under the spare wheel, left of centre it's wet.
I've learned today that another common fault of mk7s is water leakage in the rear through rear lights, boot hatch, air vents, sunroof etc :S
Based on what I've said, can anyone point to a likely reason/cause?
