Recently rented a car for my trip in Alberta 2 weeks ago.

Paid for it over Expedia and then when I went to pick it up Got charged $150 or so CAD as a deposit for when I return the car.

Fast forward to when I’m returning it , it gets checked, gas is filled and the employee said it’s clean and looks good and I should see my deposit back into my account in the next few days.

After a few days pass I see the $150 deposit but it’s a charge. I scroll back and don’t see a charge from when I first took the car but now the charge came at the end of the..? But at this point I’m waiting for a return. Is this normal for hertz? Am I going to get my deposit back Or am I going to have to do a charge back on this lol

As the title says, so I got 2/4 “profiles” banned and my fb that was attached to one of my accounts. I’m referring to them as profiles as you can have multiple profiles under an account. The other 2 accounts are still accessible and and can function like normal - I even updated the phone numbers and emails off of them (they shared the same email as the ones banned). I was able to do this, log out log in and it was even sending my verification codes to my old “banned” email.

Has this happened with anyone else? I’m waiting to see if they’ll get banned , but so far nothing. I know the profiles themselves hold followers etc but if this is smooth sailing then it means I can atleast make a new acct without fear of being randomly banned for being associated.

Woke up this morning saying I’m suspended then when I appealed it almost instantly said I’m permanently disabled. I requested for the data tho to review what I did but didn’t get that until way later.

Now that I got the data I can’t download or view it tho since the account is banned and you need to be signed in to see it.

Anyone know what I can do now ?
