Vanos rebuild help

I’m currently in the process of rebuilding my Vanos and I may be having some trouble with the cam alignment. I am following the beisan DIY instructions, retarded the cam timing and removed the Vanos. I realized the exhaust hub isn’t protruding as much and the intake side or in the photos. I’m aligned at TDC but the alignment bridge isn’t lining up properly (see photos). I’m trying to figure out if I have done something incorrectly and how to remedy. Would like to hear from people who have done this job before.

I can get the pin to align with slight lateral movement of the bridge. Intake does in a bit easier than exhaust but the exhaust hub still doesn’t protrude at all like the intake hub

Broken valve cover stud

2006 E46 M3 - S54

I’m into the valve cover gasket replacement, vanos rebuild, and valve adjustment but realized the previous owner broke the stud for the front passenger valve cover bolt. How easy is the repair and any idea on part numbers to order?

E46 m3 fan clutch removal help

I’m struggling removing the fan in my e46 m3. I have the tool to remove and know it’s reverse thread but nothing I do is breaking the nut free. I’ve tried the tool and tried a large flat screwdriver to hold the water pump bolts and hit the wrench with a hammer (clockwise facing it) without luck. I’ve used penetrating oil, no luck. YouTube videos it seems to just break free with a slight hit. Any suggestions?

Death certificate

I’ve been requested to fill out a death certificate for a patient that was never seen by me, but was previously seen by a doctor in my clinic who is no longer practicing here(retired). I had filled a blood pressure medication as an on-call request previously and now I’m being told that I am responsible for signing this death certificate. I being told that an investigation will be opened up if I refuse to sign. I know nothing about this patient or the circumstances surrounding the death. What would y’all do in this circumstance?

Update: pt hadn’t been seen in 2 years and I verified I actually did NOT send any medications for this patient. Will direct to the medical examiner
