Any bike clubs in gr? For beginners

How long did it take for somebody to start feeling relief to start really having good relationships with themselves. I was diagnosed with this in my late 20s and I’m dealing with it my late 30s and I have depression as well and just some other things and so I just wondered how long does it take somebody to get healthy I don’t really speak to my family or friends. I’m just alone and working with a therapist and it’s really hard and challenging. Also, is there any jobs that you guys recommend that doesn’t stress you out? Are we able to have good lives with this disorder?
