Need help creating a scope document? This is for a software with a vendor.

I know I am just a project manager with no technical knowledge. How do I go about making sure what will be “in scope” and “not in scope”. This will my first PM role doing this. Do I bring in the technical people to give me the scope and stuff.

My ultimate goal is working towards creating a scope document. Thanks in advance for any help or guidance as we don’t have a PMO.

Need to Know: Does the new Outback do that welcome headlights moving like with the past generations?

I really like that and it seem to give a bit of a personality to the car.

Help: PM tasked with creating a template to be adopted for org. What should go in it?

I have been tasked to create error messages that translate into user acceptance. We do not have a software or cloud based software. I am thinking excel would be the best use. What should be included? It might be a simple ask but a senior leadership will be added to the final deliverable.

Stay Safe!

Flash Flood warning issued. A warning is when flooding is occurring, not expected to occur.

Drive very carefully if you have (AKA don’t drive) to because the tone of the message says it’s bad badddd right now. The Federal NWS must have received multiple reports of people stuck in flooded roads and houses from emergency rescue services.

Trust me when I say, if the water looks shallow, don’t risk it. Turn around and help others not follow the sheep.

I wish you all luck and happy vibes. Thank you Olive Garden for making this happen

Even if I don’t win, it’s been fun. Been at 100k, patient but I might lose out because have to close the browser soon bc at work. I was so exited this morning, even had my alarm clock buzzing lol. Thank you Olive Garden for making this happen, I know a lot of people are rooting for it.

Good luck everyone!

Former Feds that transitioned to NYS CS - Is there a retirement plan similar to TSP savings?

+ Can you keep investing in TSP and adding money when leave Feds or is there something similar at the State?

Looking over at TSP subreddit, I don’t want to lose the savings streak and want to keep saving because time flies!

Thinking about changing the transmission CVT fluid. 2022 Outback

My car is almost 50k miles and thinking about taking it to the dealership to have the transmission CVT oil replaced. Do I just ask them to drain and refill? Is there a filter or gasket that I ask? I am not doing the flush.

First time doing this and any help on how to approach this would be awesome!

Trying to get the car registered in NYS. I don’t remember the amount I paid for when I bought the car

I would have to reach out to the dealership and ask them to send the sale price I paid. It’s the weekend and they are closed until Monday. And that is a big if because I have reached out and they just send me to the finance office voicemail. Can I just ask for the fair market value (is it a bad idea?)? Just trying to understand my options.

Are spark plugs or transmission fluid exchange covered under the Gold Plus warranty?

It’s almost hitting 50k miles and I haven’t done the transmission fluid. But I do feel the the needle in the speedometer drop a millisecond or two. Is anything covered as I approach 50k miles?

How do you go about creating a Strategy Plan in your Environment?

IT environment. What questions are you thinking? Is there a research paper? What subjects should one have added into the paper if that’s the case.
