Anyone else get this kind of reactions when you tell people you listen to CAS?

Hi, i have been listening to CAS roughly for 4 years now and their music is always there in every moments of my life

Sometimes when people ask about my fav artists or go-to genres and i mention CAS, they seem a bit surprised by the style. Well usually noting how slow, moody or minimalistic the vibe is. A few have even wondered aloud what draws me to this specific atmosphere, they ask things like 'wait, are you going through a breakup' or 'are you in a bad mood' etc... In reality, im doing completely fine lol

Normally i just smile, say it's comforting to me, and move with the conversation. So i'm curious, has anyone else run into this with other people? How do you usually react when people make assumptions like that?

My agent made up a price and sent it to a client before i could catch it. Now im rethinking what i let it do unsupervised

I have a non dev background and been slowly learning to piece together basic ai agent workflows for my own daily work and stuff like daily reports, scheduling, sorting through my emails, that kind of thing. Safe to say it's mostly trial and error rn lol

Recently I set something up to auto reply to inbound support messages. It was fine until it hallucinated a pricing detail and sent it straight to a client before i got a chance to look at it. My heart literally sank….

Catching it def made me rethink the whole thing. For quite a long time, i assumed that if i paid for the smartest model, it would work perfectly until this. I guess it should really be about what actually happens when it's wrong. If it's cheap and stays on my end, fine i’ll let it run. If it goes out to a client or somewhere public, i gotta double, triple check over and over…. This wastes more time, yeah ik but currently i dont have any better solution though

Ik this might be a basic question but i really wanna learn from how other people handle it and adapt more perspectives. Do you let your agents send stuff out on their own or do you keep yourself in the middle as the final check?

Willpower alone hasn’t fixed my follow through, so im trying to build a system that does. How do you do this?

Finally accept that relying on pure willpower isn't cutting it for me. Basically when a reminder goes off and im kinda mid task, i tell myself ‘i’ll do that in 10 min’ so i swiped it away and eventually it's just gone. Between work, life, and a million other things on my plate, my willpower is not there…

I tried to add more reminder tools, to do list apps, etc. The issue is almost every tool has the best case scenario logic: ping fires equal task gets done. That’s fine if you already have a strong foundation. But it is not for someone like me 😭 i am not that best case, a single passive notification just isn't enough though

Im trying to stop convincing myself to ‘just try harder’ or ‘i’ll get better next time’ and actually set up a system that backs me up when my discipline drops. Something that stays on my case until a task is actually confirmed.

Ik my case is kinda odd though but im really wanna know for those who've got this, what actually holds up for you? Do you have to snooze 10 alarms a day 😔

Are budget friendly standing desks actually decent or am i having fomo about the expensive ones?

Hey everyone, im looking to get my first standing desk to save my back a bit, decided to to keep it under $300ish. Setup is chill and simple, a single 34 inch monitor, laptop, some notebooks and a few decorations

But the deeper i look into this, the more i’ve noticed a pretty big contrast in recs. Other places like amazon have tons of highly rated desks for around $150. Then i search reddit, most of the discussion naturally leans towards those high ender names that start at $400 or even $1000. I do recognize a few friendly one but not so sure…

I totally get that premium desks have the amazing look, the finishes, the clean desk space elevation….so perfect ngl im having real fomo but dont have the courage to bring it home

For those who went with a budget friendly side instead of a premium one, how has your experience been? Would appreciate to have some advice or wake up calls from you guys 🙌
