Here is a beautiful specimen of a '25 Custom 24 Core that I got and wanted to check out the DMO pickups.

I found that the pickups aren't something that makes me gravitate towards this amazing and beautiful guitar.

So, here is the question for the community to debate while I look on:

Should I:

1. Keep everything as is and wait for the day that those pickups really speak to me as my tastes evolve?

2. Throw some Lollar Imperials that I have in it to see if it produces magic?

3. Get some other fancy pickups to put in that give me a more quirky feel that I love? Suggestions?

4. Give up on this bad boy, and get another guitar? Suggestions?
