Did I complete the cut?

21 YO 5’ 9”. Went from 175 to 148 lbs since March of this year. I have such bad body dismorphia and I feel like I have no idea what point I’m at — some days I feel fat, some days I feel skinny, other days I feel muscular. Idk. Should I finally stop cutting and enter a maintenance/maybe 200 cal surplus phase? I still have fat on my lower back and butt obviously, but it’s hard for me to imagine that I need to get my weight much lower (say below 140), or do I?

Thanks

I don’t care that you think it’s hard to park here

How do you think a city will be walkable, quaint, AND have parking at your destination?? Regardless it is objectively not challenging to find parking here if you are willing to walk 1/4 mile to your destination. You are just a bad driver and are scared of parallel parking. There are plenty of non-walkable places in Maine if you would like to park at your destination! I’m so tired of the complaining from tourists and Mainers who don’t know how to drive in the city and crash out in the trader joe’s parking lot. Keep the walkable city for the rest of us

Crashing out because I saw a tiktok of a woman complaining about Bard Coffee because they didn’t have a parking lot

175-155 3 months, unsure where to go from here

(5’ 9” 21 YO) did a pretty aggressive cut (1700 cals for 9 weeks) and managed to lose 20 pounds. transitioned to a maintenance phase about two weeks ago (2500 cals), and i feel great. energy in the gym has vastly improved and so have my pumps. at the same time, i still have a lot of body fat especially on my lower back. should i transition back to a cut, or keep eating at maintenance and prioritize muscle growth?
