Did any of the 3 have an actual job/career that their parents didn't finance or create for them?
I know Lauren's "Cafface" or whatever was bankrolled by the parents. Albie and Chris had a restaurant in Hoboken called Little Town. I'm not sure if it still exists but I'm sure it was too purchased by the parents.

Did it annoy anyone else that Rosalie gave her deceased husband's expensive watch to Monsignor Jughead? It seems like a benign act on the surface but she has/had 2-3 kids who the watch should have been saved for, or even given to his BFF Tone.

Now that I'm older (and on my 400th rewatch), I notice how easily Tony was able to win Carm over, even when she was MAD. All he needed to do was show up with a fur coat or a gaudy fucking goomba housewife ring, and she was sold.
While not my favorite, she did have some redeeming gangster moments that were entertaining AF, such as the time she told Monsignor Jughead off and/or when she told Janish off in the kitchen telling her to MYOFB when it comes to her kids.
