New M3 owner, questions about Manual transmission service

Just found out my recently purchased M3 (95000 kms) has a very tiny oil leak, and at the bare minimum, the transmission will need to be dropped out, opened up, and resealed. The leak is at the part in between the bell housing and tranmission body (is that called a sandwich plate?). Since I'm dropping the transmission, I have 2 questions:

can anyone recommend a mechanic in the Greater Toronto Area that would be experienced enough to not only re-seal the tranny, but also examine the internals for damage?
What other things should i service while dropping the transmission? I'm thinking rear main seal, clutch, and throwout bearing? Anything else?

Any way to remove sealant off texture body trim

I applied sealant to my car. This is the type where you apply, let it dry, the wipe off. How do I get this stuff off the textured body trim pieces?

5zigen Beckett Mk5. Are they forged?

Also known as 5zigen Try Harder. I can't find much details on these rims but Google AI tells me they are forged. Does anyone know?
