How are we handling coaches that only seem to coach based on the squeaky wheel getting the grease?

So I’m talking 9u and the coach seems to just be pumping up kids whose parents (single moms to be real) keep complaining to him about their kid not getting the position they want or not getting the ball. Some of these kids shouldn’t even be out there. They constantly disrupt practice. Insult the coach, swearing, throwing their equipment around the field. all that negative stuff. They even had to stop practice because one of the moms was yelling and screaming and insulting the coach from the sidelines because she thinks the coach is too much of a softie to discipline her kid when he disrupts everyone else. But sure enough, by the next game, the coach is propping her kid up and giving him opportunity’s and denying opportunity’s to the kids that show up and put effort in and compete and prioritize being a good teammate while being 100x more talented than these problem kids.

We try and teach our children the benefits of a solid team mentality but here we have a guy that just operates under the control of those who complain the most get the rewards.

frustrating as hell but looking to see what others would do in this situation.

2035 that just made a fall club team and also does pop warner football. Realistic to do both at same time?

does anyone else do this and is it worth it? all I know is that the club requires minimum 1 practice per week but holds 2. 3 tournaments with dates given but not sure if they will interfere with football. I anticipate scheduling conflicts, just not sure how many.

What is everyone doing with the seats while transporting the prowler in the bed of your truck?

just picked up a 10’ pond prowler and put the seats in the back seat of my truck to drive it back home but if I wanted to leave them in place on the boat, how are we securing them in place? I have an idea on how to but seeing how others do it.

yours truly,

the prowler

2026 Frontier with 800 miles windshield wiper malfunction?

anyone have an issue with wipers having a mind of their own?

turned on wipers to wipe away morning dew on windshield. they turned on then while backing out of driveway they locked in the top position and wouldn’t move. started driving then they started wiping again but wouldn’t shut off. then I fudged with the wiper delay setting and using the lever to turn them on and off then they reset to normal position and seemed to work normally. Anyone else experience this? was going to get video but issue seemed to resolve before I got my phone out.

Fair, good, great deal on a New 2026 SV crew cab dark armour 4x4?

Also a long bed. I hate buying new cars but it’s time to move on something.

$6700 off sticker of $44300

it has the SV convenience package. no other hidden fees. Just tax and title and registration fees. They did not offer any better financing rate than what I can already get. They would probably knock a few hundred more off if it got everything done.

Test drove a new crew cab long bed sv and the clunk got me good.

My Chevy always did this while downshifting (known Chevy buck) but if you used the paddle shift and left it at 5th gear, it got rid of it. Has anyone tried driving around in different gears, say 8th or 7th, to see if it stops?

Crew cab comfort with car seat/s in the back seat?

Im getting ready to buy but haven’t stuffed a car seat in the back. I’m tall but the car seat for a 4 year old is in the back passenger seat position. Does the front passenger still have enough room to ride in comfort in a frontier crew cab?

Best way to teach youth player correct formations/zones for each position?

I never played lacrosse and know very little about it. My 8 year old plays classic and made the 11u select team as well. Classic is more chaotic where the kids just chase the ball wherever it goes and after making 1 pass, they’re hot and typically try and score. Coaches don’t yell and tell kids where to go or what to do. More relaxed for casual players.

The select team is made up of mostly kids that play club or have had more exposure to the game. So there is way more structure to offense/defense strategy and positioning on field based on players position and what their role is.

My son is having some trouble on select because he is still grasping where exactly he is supposed to be during an offense setup and defensive setup. Yes the coaches are yelling at them on where to go and where to be but he still has a tendency to be out of place as he is used to just following the ball.

Can anyone recommend some clear cut videos or exercises that explain proper positioning that would be geared towards 11u players?

from a free table. craftsmen 358.360360

got it to run a little but when I drained the existing fuel out I noticed all this in the tank and this fuel filter and coupling were free floating in there. Is that all just disintegrated fuel line?
