20 stays in 90 days corporate question globalist

I will be hitting globalist by December this year. Does “corporate globalist” have the same perks as a normal globalist who hits 60 nights?

Also once I hit globalist can change it to my personal email account or will it flag something?

This is a one time thing for me to enjoy globalist next year as I won’t have future trips to hit 20 on 90 or 60 in a year again but I would like to make a lot of personal / non work trips next year to take advantage of the globalist perks if possible for 2027.

Workday Cert question

Hello,

I am currently an HRIS Analyst for a different HCM. My finance team moved over to workday. Is there a way for me to obtain Workday certs related to the HR side? Should I try to join the finance team and help
Implementation there?

RAV4 Costco or below MSRP

Hi all, I purchased a sienna last year initially going through Costco auto and got a good starting points of 500 off msrp that started my negotiations.

RAV4 seems to have similar demand but the Costco related programs were not giving a discount. Is it just bad luck for the dealers they referred me to?

Looking for axle with the driving assist package or limited.

[CA]Most Lucrative HCM/HRIS to learn?

What is the best to learn that has a future of consulting or high chance being irreplaceable even with AI?

Is workday still considered the cream of the crop? I have seen a few big players leave workday in the past few years.

Others I see are dayforce, UKg, oracle, sap.

I am asking because I realize i probably need to move into a better system in my career than Paycom/ADP/Paychex.

I am a HRIS Analyst wanting to side step into a different system and hopefully transition to HRIS Manager or consulting if I get the workday certs if they are still valuable to have or one of the other companies.

Any discussion and thought would be great.

3rd row carseat options

Anyone with little ones suggest a toddler front facing carseat option for the third row? Wife insist on sitting in the back with the newborn and the cybex sirona doesn’t seem to fit properly in the third row.

Any suggestions in the US welcome. Toddler is a slimmer female turning 5 less than 40lb.

Probably need something for about two years until the less than 1 year old can speak and forward face.

Hyatt House Kyoto 5 occupancy question

I put in 3 adults, 10 month old, 4 year old and Hyatt house came up in the search results.

Does this mean it’s allowed?

I know generally Japan and other Asian countries are more strict but wondering why it came up in the search.

I would be transferring points from Chase so I don’t want to transfer and then get disappointed.

Thanks!

Hyatt Centric Sapporo Questions / Points

Hi all, I was wondering if by ant centric Sapporo is still scheduled to release in fall of this year if anyone has some news and will we be able to reserve ahead of time like park Hyatt Tokyo?

I am fairly new in general and sad I only stated a year before the devaluations but still curious to use points for Sapporo since I have never been.
