I placed an order for 597.69. The bank flagged it as fraud, and the funds were not removed from my account. The next day, I spoke to my bank and cleared it up. The bank was aware we were placing an order at Lowe's. I went back to the site and was asked to resubmit a payment for the order. I did that, and everything was fine. 24 hours later, I have charges for 18.01, 250.02, 329.66, 579.68, and 597.69.
I spoke to Lowe's about the charges. They said the 597.69 is a hold, and the 250.02 and 329.66 are the actual charges made when the items shipped, and the hold will fall off in 5 days. They are denying the 18.01 and 579.68 charges. I even sent a screenshot of the charges from my banking app. The chat was disconnected, and I was told to call to speak to someone. 87 minutes later, they told me the same thing and were still denying the 579.68 and 18.01 charges.
I went to my bank and explained everything to them. I even showed them my order (I didn't think that would help, but at this point, I'm desperate). They said we have to wait until Wednesday and see what happens.
The problem is that is 1,177.37 is missing. Money is needed to finish my roof this weekend for an insurance inspection this Tuesday. I don't have extra money. I took out a loan specifically for this order and items we needed from Lowe's that couldn't be shipped. We're looking elsewhere now for the items. I have bills to pay, gas, and groceries for my family that I need. But now I'm stuck, with no help from either establishment. My kid has to miss out on a trip because the earmarked money for that is gone too and they needed it tomorrow and I have no extra now.
I'm just looking for a solution to this. Has anyone had the same problem and maybe has some advice?

(Also why the hell is there a hold and a double charges when they shipped? Why should I have to wait 5 days to get that back?)
It was delicious. I fried it with curry and other seasoning. Slopped it in a bowl with raw tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, green olives, and roasted pepper hummus. Served with uncooked store bought flour tortillas. I was lazy and didn't feel like making naan, and no store near me sells it. I also really love untoasted, cold, flour tortillas. It taste better than it looks, and I just wanted to post it because I'm really proud of the tofu. They only sell soy tofu near me, and that texture is a no for me.
I've been at this for 3 hours now. I need to extend my mobile billing date by 3 days. From the 16th to the 19th. I got finally spoke to a rep (i think human) that claims if the money isn't there i can just pick when to pay? And claims that the billing date can't be extended because when I opened the lines? She made no sense and informed me that my bank won't charge me, and xfinity doesn't care if the money isn't there on an auto payment then I can just pick when to pay?
How do I change the date for this month, and/or how do I turn off auto payment?
Also does anyone have any recommendations for better mobile sevice?
