Looks like a lot of people have stone or brick outdoor ovens on here which i would love to build but will be doing house renovations in a year or so so kinda pointless right now as it would need to be taken down.

I was hoping someone might be able to give me info of experience with Gonzey vs Ooni. Looking for a commercially available wood oven that can do pizza but would also be good for baking bread.

From what ive read the ooni might struggle with maintaining heat over longer periods due to lesser insulation? But even though the interiors of the Gonzey can be bigger the mouth opening is shorter than the Ooni. Plus the price difference is significant.

Any real world experience welcome thanks. Or other brand to look at.

Ive gotten confused. Bought a Core One L about 3-4 months ago and just actually opened and started using it a month ago.

Ive updated to latest slicer and firmware.

I wouldnt say its been smooth.

But my curiosity for this post is: Is the Core One L bought 3-4 months ago supposed to auto open and close the vent. It says its doing it and the nextruder moves over there but it seems to miss the little toggle entirely. Or is just that the new firmware if for the Upgrade which I dont have yet?

Been wondering about Alchemy since they added DH. It looks pretty. Anyone using it and have a review.

Apparently ice contractors are spending a lot of money on congressmen including a few democrats taking a lot of contributions from them in our area specifically Josh Riley and Pat Ryan and others in our area less surprising Mike Lawler
