Sweet dreams

1. My hero academia. One “hero’s” power is called Meatball. He can “massage” other’s bodies, rearranging their insides and manipulating their skin. Whatever parts of you that are sticking out are still functional.

2. Goosebumps. The Body Squeezers are inch tall aliens that can stretch themselves out to 8 feet tall. They usually seep into human skin and control them from the inside (while the person is still conscious and aware they are being controlled). But sometimes they have to resort to their guns, known as Black ball Bummers. One blast from the Bummer makes your body start to fold in on itself. Your organs, bones and flesh all squish together, until you transform into a smooth dense black ball about the size of a tennis ball. You cannot see, cannot talk, but you can hear. The black outside of the ball is still your skin btw, so you can feel whatever is touching you.

This is one of the few horror tropes that actually get me.
