Phew. Earlier this month I downloaded, I guess, the wrong link to one of these things and was hacked on pretty much every account. I’m not sure exactly what I did wrong because I have done it before and made sure it was a BAT file not EXE.

I can’t find the post in here anymore but I saw someone say not to download the unlocked/updater for Sims 4 because it’s currently all corrupted but the comments were full of mixed responses.

I am hoping someone out there has a very kind soul and is able to help me safely go through with this. Any help/advice will be GREATLY appreciated.

i recently was hacked and got a Bitlocker screen when turning on my pc, i tried logging into microsoft to receive recovery key and whoever hacked me changed my info. Microsoft is helping me get my account back but they are saying it can take 5-10 buisness days. I need to be able to use my computer so they advised a clean install of windows 11 through a USB drive.

I got the usb drive, I installed windows 11 through microsoft’s page (i am 100% sure i downloaded the right one as they gave me step by step instructions lol) and initially i was able to click on my usb drive and it started downloading windows 11. while downloading it did say the pc will restart a few times while installing. it was maybe halfway done and it started to restart but it just opened BIOS. i’ve tried changing everything i can find online to get this to work, certain BIOS settings, i reinstalled windows 11 on the drive and tried to redo the installation but when i click on my usb drive from the boot menu the boot menu just refreshes.

can someone PLEASE help me, im at a loss and freaking out 😭😭😭
