Is it possible to sign up Seek only classes if you're not a seek student?

I have this class section which would go really well with my current schedule but it's for seek students only. Is there a way around this? The semester is about to begin in 3 weeks and only 2/20 students are registered for that class.

How do I study to remember things for the test?

I studied for the math finals like every day, but on the test I forgot half the things on the test and it’s like my brain froze. Is there any methods or something that could work to help me for my next semester?
