IIIT Bhubaneswar is a State University established by the Government of Odisha. It doesn't count as an IIIT like Allahabad or Gwalior.

Location is below average. Placement is also below average. Fees are so high, even though I am an Odia guy and on a TFW seat. Still, it's better to take any state college because there you can get other benefits from the state government. Here, you are not totally under the state government, neither under the central government.

Faculty are pretty much rude and create favoritism among students. Also, the grading is the worst. If you are planning for an MBA, then it will be the worst decision ever.

No campus life, I mean nothing positive.

Recommend if you are an Odia guy - if you are getting under 1 lakh rank in JEE Main and planning to join IIIT Bhubaneswar, I will say don't join. Better join a state government college because the placement is more or less the same, with an average college life and more freedom. I will suggest you join OUTR or VSSUT because many of my friends are there in these colleges, and they have a better college experience than me.

Thank God I got some good friends, otherwise I wouldn't have even survived in this college.

At last, your opinion matters, so please think before joining. Also, if you have some doubts regarding the college, feel free to ask me.

I'm 18 yr old and a nda/ tes aspirant.currently I am underweight(very thin) according to my BMI and on a plan to building muscles and some weight.

Looking for someone with same mindset and help me to stay consistent, keep each other accountable.

As a odisha candidate I am getting iiit bbsr cse tfw seat so what will be revised fees for me including hostel and mess...

And seniors what will be best for me IIIT bbsr CSE (tfw) or outr CSE( tfw) or any best clg according my rank (48k) with 75 percent in cbse (74.2🥀) odisha male.
