I ordered this book as she had shared her free course over here a few months ago which helped me a bit. I ordered the book from Amazon so I can follow and hopefully get cured forever.

Starting a new job tomorrow. I am going as a lead engineer position. I am thinking of starting to do hijab now at my new office (I just used to keep a dupatta over my head with a bit of my hair showing in my last office) but I wasnt in lead position in my last office and I interviewed without scarf.
So now I will be going on my firet day wearing a scarf. I know this is a Muslim country but all my team is non Muslim (I interviewed and stalked on LinkedIn)
Hopefully a woman in a scarf in a lead position is OK? or people are going to judge me?"

I just got an offer from a company. Is it safe to resign
my current company just based on the offer letter?
I currently have a golden visa but someone told me don't resign until you have the MOHRE contract as offer letter is not legally binding and can bring taken back
it does say on the offer letter offer is subject to all clearances etc.
Should I ask them from MOHRE contract Before I resign but I have heard MOHRE contract cannot be put in place until the existing company cancels your visa.
But is the same process for Golden visa holders?
I am an Australian national in case the nationality matters.

What's the average timeline of offer letter in Dubai from verbal offer to the actual letter?
Its been 10 business days since I received the verbal offer. The HR followed up with questions like passport details etc but still no formal offer letter.
Its a senior role with full family benefits.
I am already currently employed but this is a very good role plus someone told me here companies keep looking for cheaper candidates while putting you on hold. I negotiated a lot with them for salary as I work in a niche field and they agreed with 30 mins negotiating but now the anxiety of not getting Offer letter is a bit worrisome. They asked me for passport and home country details but there has been no update after that.
On Wed the HR person cut my call, WhatsApped she is busy in a meeting, its 90% done and I will get it by tomorrow max but still nothing. Then on Thursday when I called her and she said only 2 signatures are left. Its currently with the compensation and benefits department.
What do you think is happening?
