I have looked up certain guides and stuff, but is there a proper way to have the whooper fish to take the bait? It is driving me nuts how long it takes for it to bite, even when I toss the cast right in its face. I've done what some guides have said about moving the cast and reeling slowly, but the damn fish takes forever to bite! AND I GOTTA DO THIS 30 TIMES?!?! lol and I thought crown hunting was the most tedious thing.

So, I have an installment plan to pay my taxes, but due to circumstances, I had missed a payment. I was later sent a CP 523 letter mentioning that my account is "In Default", unless I pay the "past due amount" on the letter within 30 days. I received the letter May 18th, and I made the payment that same day and got processed May 20th. I can see it on my payment activity that it was successfully processed. However, my account is still "in default".

I initially thought that I just had to wait, but after about 1.5 weeks, I still kept seeing it, and my installment plan payment was not charged, so I understandably started to panic. For the past weeks I been trying to use the IRS website chat and try calling them, but I've had no luck. On the chat, it always ends up mentioning they will transfer me, but the chat closes after like 20mins. When I call on the phone(and I get the machine to finally try to get me a representative), it puts me on hold for like 1hr before the machine goes silent and eventually cuts the call.

I been in this situation for these past weeks and I have no idea what to do now. The 30 days that the notice mentioned are almost up and I honestly just don't know what to do.
