Best ~100 year old restaurant?

I just had Tam O’Shanter for the first time and it was great overall. Great food, ambiance and service. It got me thinking. What’s the best old restaurant we have?

Tam’s? Musso and Frank? El Cholo? Phillips’s? A place I haven’t heard of?

A lot of these places could survive on novelty alone but it seems they’ve been open so long for a good reason
