How to adjust the curve for better diagonal inputs?

I have a Nova 2 lite, and I just started playing tekken and street fighter.

For street fighter I use the dpad .. so no issues there.

But for tekken I'm using the analog sticks. But I have a problem staying consistent with the diagonal inputs. I tried adjusting the deadzone and the curves but it doesn't seem to work properly.

What settings do I need to adjust .. or do I just need to get consistent manually?

How do I deal with diagonal inputs?

I am a new player, I'm trying to learn how to do a korean backdash but i found out that my diagonal inputs are not consistent.

I have a Gamesir Nova 2 lite controller and I play analog sticks.

Is there anything in the game settings or the Gamesir app settings to help me fix this issue or do I need to just switch to using the dpad?

Does anyone know what is this clicking sound and should I be concerned?

The sound I've had this MSI MAG A750GL PSU for 6 months now and just today it started doing this sound while playing SF6.

I shut down the PC immediately after recording and I'm afraid to turn it back on

Edit: it sounds electrical not mechanical, so I don't think it's the fan. I may be wrong tho.
