For those with roommates from hell, how did you deal with them?

I’m trying so hard to be civil but it feels almost impossible when my roommate from hell has two friends over and is vacuuming at 3 in the morning. I just worked a late 8 hour shift all I want is some peaceful rest without strangers in my house.

Edit: my other roommate turned off the electricity to get them to stop. This is where her and her friends started verbally attacking us. Even though I doubled my anxiety med that night to stay neutral, it was not enough and I completely lost my shit. I had to take weed (which is never do) just so that I could calm down. Then when things had settled and we were just watching some tv all together without her so we could feel better, she ended up coming in trying to start an argument (we were able to ignore her this time).

Apparently NSM doesn’t do individual spoke repairs

Just talked to a repair agent about replacing one of the spokes as it got damaged during one of my travels. Mind you a new spoke only costs about $10. He proceeded to tell me they don’t do spoke replacement they will instead replace the ENTIRE wheel which costs $775. My insurance will pay for it but that’s still absolutely shocking and absurd.

I'm moving and can't figure out how I want to organize my new room, so I made it to scale in the sims. Which option do you guys prefer?

For a little bit of context, I'm a full-time wheelchair user and also have a service dog, which is why I chose these two layouts as they both work for me. I'm also starting my master's online in the fall and plan on using the rug area as my workspace.

Graduated today with my lab service dog Sky

He was given a bone by the president as a diplomat. (He hated his hat lol)

Edit: just wanted to say thank you for all the positive comments, I read each and every one of them!

Dude pet my dog with dirty hands

I’m currently at work and as I was washing my hands in the bathroom, this dude came up behind me and pet my dog after using the urinal BEFORE he washed his hands. Not only is it disrespectful to pet my dog, but to do it after touching your penis is found, especially considering I spent two hours grooming and cleaning him yesterday so he could be clean for our graduation tomorrow. I was in such shock I didn’t even say anything 🥴

We started the day with a bath, then he was allowed to pick out multiple toys and treats at the store, then we did a total 3 mile walk to the dog park, and we’re finishing it off with a dog birthday cake!

This is the least I could do for him considering he’s spent the past 6 years helping me as my service dog.

So, about two years ago, I was working on replacing the front engine cover and the front valance on my Challenger. To do this, I took a couple of things apart, including the plastic pieces pictured above. At the time, I believed these air ducts were for Challenger models with headlight air vents and that they were just put on every model to streamline assembly. So when I put everything back together, I didn't put these back, and at some point, I THREW THEM AWAY. Only to find out today that these are brake air ducts and they cost $100 each to replace 😭. The only excuse is that I was 19 at the time, but I don't think I've gotten any brighter since 🥴.
