So new to this, almost done designing her band. I know IF is overkill but I’m happy with the price on this & the dimensions are almost perfect for the existing CAD
Anything stand out negatively? Is this considered a pretty intense bow tie?
Just looking for opinions! I don’t have a CAD without the cathedral.
I don’t love the look of the 3rd image but I know side view is not something she’ll be staring at often, and that it will likely be polished down/somewhat thinner. I just want it to have ample support for everyday wear.
I was told by the designer they wouldn’t be able to implement something similar to the last image, (AI generated) due to it being a single stretch of metal for both marquise and round stones - which is a bummer because I really prefer the low/sweeping appearance.
Only option would be to adjust and lower the accent stone angles which would leave a big empty space? Any other suggestions welcome! Thanks, I’m absolutely overthinking this.
Hi everybody, thanks in advance for any suggestions or guidance. I’m struggling to relay my thoughts to the design team.
1.) Approved sketch, was suggested by most people I spoke with to incorporate cathedral shoulders and V-prongs on the marquise stones for added security. Jeweler went straight to CAD design from here & added those elements.
2.) I’ve read CAD will make things feel “sharp/bulky”, seeing that particularly on the platinum portion of the band’s twist. It looks a little too crowded IMO? Suggestions?
3.) Very industrial looking band & specifically not huge on the marquise settings. Is it possible to have just the tips of the marquise secured by the V prong or shorten the platinum up the sides?
4.) AI rendering suggested some negative space around the marquise which I agree with, just wondering if that’s feasible from a design perspective. Everything kind of melds together & loses detail
5.) Chunkyyyy shoulders which is what I was hoping to avoid. Same question with the marquise prongs/setting.
6.) This angle just doesn’t make sense to me as there’s no space between the twists? CAD oversight?
7.) I’m sure there’s all kinds of detail errors but aesthetically I love what GPT came up with. Are there any glaring issues before I request these revisions?
I guess I’m just looking for general input from those of you that have experience in these things. Questions, comments & concerns welcome. 🙏🏼

Gf and I are losing our minds. Male artist, not a big name like Daniel Caesar or anything. Deeper voice, kind of monotone like Lil Peep. Heavily mixed. Very TikTok sounding. Lyrics might say “Hold me down” or “everytime you come around” not confident on either of those.
You could fit Redbone right over top of it - the tempo is nearly identical but not quite directly sampled. No falsetto either.
