A lot of Greater Noida projects look similar online, but feel very different on site visits
After spending time across projects like Godrej Majesty, CRC Maesta, Sobha Aurum, and Ace Divino, I realised how misleading online comparisons can be in this market.
On paper, almost everything sounds identical now:
clubhouse, green areas, sports amenities, premium towers.
But physically walking through the projects changes the perception completely.
Some developments feel much denser than expected, while others feel more open and easier to imagine living in long term. Even the way towers are positioned changes how premium the project feels once you spend enough time there.
Is hiring a digital marketing agency worth it or should I build in-house team?

bro I didn’t even know who Shekhar Suman was till today... 😭
Saw this randomly on my feed... https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYR4hhuPYjp/
not gonna lie I had zero idea who he was, thought it’s just another old TV guy making a comeback or something
but then I got curious and watched a few old Movers & Shakers clips
and bro what… this guy was actually wild 💀
like the way he talks, the humour, everything feels way ahead of its time compared to what we usually see now
it doesn’t even feel outdated, which is the craziest part
now coming back to this trailer, I’m actually interested to see how this turns out
didn’t expect this at all...
Went from random scrolling to watching this and now I’m thinking about old TV again
Last night I was just doing the usual doom scroll before sleeping and somehow ended up on this reel - https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYM\_RuHtHlm/
At first I thought it’s just another old clip being recycled, but then I realised it’s actually something new.
And idk why, but it immediately took me back to those days when TV just felt… different. Movers & Shakers, Laughter Challenge, Boogie Woogie not even comparing content, just the overall vibe.
Shekhar Suman especially had this very effortless way of hosting. Not loud, not trying too hard.
Watching this felt a bit strange in a good way, like something from that phase is trying to come back.
Not sure if people today would connect with it the same way, but it definitely hit something for me..
