I was not old enough to see what charm the old capitol mall used to be. Could someone reply with pictures they have of old capitol mall? Thank you in advance

This is a bit of a long shot; however, I am searching for an individual by the name of Jamie Brooks.
Jamie lived in Iowa City with a woman named Jeananne. They moved out of Iowa in December 1998 to a small town in Michigan. Before July 1999, Jamie was back in Iowa City and was reportedly seen outside the Old Capitol Town Center. That is the last known sighting of him.
If anyone knows Jamie’s whereabouts or has any way to contact him, please reply to this post with any information you may have. Jamie is considered a missing person (MP), which is the reason he is being searched for.
