Louisville Question

This is for anyone in the Louisville area. Why doesn't the University of Louisville have a part 141 school? Not sure if this a dumb question but just curious.

Dating Advice For A Second Date

I 19M just recently went on a date with a 18F and it was kind of chaotic, but she ended up wanting to see me again!
Too sum of the chaotic nature on our way to the coffee shop it started raining harder than I've ever seen in my entire life and everyone around else had their emergency lights on and I'm typically not a nervous driver, but it was so much rain that I started to get a little nervous. When we got to the coffee shop some of the convo was awkward, but it was decent, I asked her if she wanted to get ice cream and she said yeah. Once we arrived I lead us in the wrong direction on foot TWICE. After that I genuinely thought it was over. But once we got the ice cream and started walking down the street the nerves started to drop a lot and we really started to click. Once we got into the car and drove back to her place (35 minutes away) the convo was like at an all-time high and ended pretty good.

Anyways to sum it up I asked if she wanted to see me once I come back from vacation so 9-10 days from now and she agreed.

I'm not stuck, I didn't do anything physical or touch her or kiss her in any way. I've only ever kissed one girl in my life before and I'm relatively still very new to dating. I'm looking for advice on second date ideas and how I should go about being more romantic and express more emotion without turning her off in some way.
