"Today, the Court struck down the Trump administration’s decision to move FBI headquarters to the Reagan Building and the FBI’s move to redirect $555 million in funds for that purpose.
The Court permanently blocked the administration from taking any actions to facilitate or advance the relocation of the FBI Headquarters to the Reagan Building and the Court further blocked the administration from disbursing any funds in support of that attempted relocation."
