Painting
If I requested for my room to be painted in skimming stone F&B and the painter used a Vaspal dupe without letting me know first, so I have any rights in this instance ?

Bad quality plastering and painting
I agreed to pay 1600 for a plastering and painting of my whole room, the contractor charged me a high price specifically stating that it is because he provides a good quality premium work, this is the result of the finished job he even requested the final payment before the job was complete.
Am I in the right of not being satisfied with this job, this is not quality and there is clearly a lack of care
They also left player residue on my blinds and doors and left paint all over the floor
How do I go about this

What would you suggest
Should I fully remove the wall down to the bricks and do a whole new replastering or is that not needed?
A bit of context we renovated the walls about 3 years ago and the walls started to crumble apart this has happened all over the house not sure why?

Constant right side pain
Yesterday I had realllyyyy bad cramps mainly on my right side I’ve had period cramps before but not nearly this bad, it was painful constantly and I was also nauseous for the whole day then subsided during the night.
Today the pain is back again around the same time as yesterday still in the lower right side has anyone experienced this before?
