Need Help for Redragon K617 Fizz
I’ve been using my Redragon K617 Fizz for around 1 year and 15 days, and suddenly the keyboard started having serious issues.
The RGB lights are not responding properly anymore, and many keys from the QWERTY row and bottom row either stop working randomly or don’t respond correctly.
I tried reconnecting, restarting, different USB ports, and basic troubleshooting, but the problem is still there.
What’s even more frustrating is that the customer service experience [Origin Marketing]
Has anyone else faced this issue with the K617 Fizz?
Any help would be appreciated.
