Theyre done with synthetic hair. Are they appropriate for thin, fine hair? if not what should I look for instead

Cautionary tale about Revolax undereye filler
7 months ago i got 0,5 ml of revolax fine in each eye. on one eye its fine, on the other eye it was just... wrong from the start, it formed a ridge/shelf on the upper edge of my cheekbone thats visible in certain lighting and feels like VERY hard to the touch.
somehow on the other eye it feels very soft and integrated in the tissue
a week ago I tried to dissolve it but it only feels ever so slightly softened, i can still feel a hard mass and see a shelf
Doctors in two countries told me revolax is a shit filler and barely dissolves and I guess they were right
