So I'm trying to find a sleepbud that has an app but doesn't require an account and isn't fixated on AI meaning no ai.

So I bought $29 sleepbuds and they were pushing against the inside of my ear which caused pain. So I decided to go more premium but am finding that some of these apps are horible such as the Sound core app requiring account to download the sounds.

I want an sleepbud similar to the a30 but not so intrusive as soundcore. I'm considering the Ozlo Sleepbuds but don't know if their just as bad on the app side and my intentions are to not give the app access to the internet.

So I bought a GMKtec NucBox K12 Mini PC and went through at first thinking my TV's HDMI board was going out and replaced it. Then after replacing it I thought it was my Wiim amp pro then after spending weeks with Wiim support and receiving a replacement I thought it was my LG TV with its weird HDMI kinks and actually started the process of replacing it with a Sony.

But after starting to research the GMKTek pc's I learned too late that these pc's hdmi ports are crap and theres not much about this information.

After researching CEC Blockers I thought why not try a HDMI to Display port cable which worked but no HDR and 120hz. So I remembered that I bought a Displayport to HDMI adapter and the problem was fixed with HDR and 120hz along with the audio working with no issues.

To not piss off this sub reddit with the link I purchased the "Cable Matters 8K DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 Adapter" with 4K 240Hz / 8K 60Hz" I bought this adapter a long time ago but can confirm that this works with the K12 and maybe other boxes with this stupid problem that they refuse to fix.

Bad luck with HDMI arc

So had a LG CX with Wiim with HDMI arc and one day the audio stopped working. So I thought it was the HDMi controller for so I did a warranty exchange and got the C5.

So after getting the C5 the wiim HDMI audio still not working after a few weeks I contacted Wiim and after they attempted to fix it with software versions it still didn't work and then they sent a new one and that doesn't work either.

So I recently replaced my AVR downstairs with a Denon and decided to test the my old Onkyo rz50 avr with in my bedroom tv the one where the Wiim was connected.

The Onkyo worked but not as it should the volume doesn't work as well as power through arc and isn't reliable.

I've tried turning off CEC and auto power sync and multiple cables as well as a factory reset on the tv.

What the hell is going on with LG?

The last thing I guess to try is a software update.

So I bought a Lawless 7 channel amp for my speakers and it sounds great.

I offered someone off eBay $600 and received it was beat to hell and had 3 screws rattling inside. I fished the screws out and took pictures showing the damage and asked for a $200 refund stating he didn't show the damage in the pictures and he honored the partial refund so I got it for $400.

So I have a Denon x3800 connected to it with Focal Chorus speakers and it sounds great. But there is a hum you barely notice but if you put your ear to any of the speakers there is a audible him. This amp is grounded to the phono ground on the avr.
