Heard some news that they are planning to sack a bunch of staff. Is this true?

I've used ketoconazole, zinc pyrithion, head and shoulders. all of them dry my scalp more and make it itchy. I did some research and found that Vichy antidandruff is a good option, but its not available in lanka. Any good shampoo options i can look into?

Separate question - Is there anyway we can use Shopify just as our backend for inventory management and customer tracking and have our own front and website and payment system?

You have students studying medicine abroad and coming back to practice in Sri Lanka. Some did their degrees in Australia and came back to srilanka to serve here! But alas, no medical education in the world is superior to a lankan state medical degree. Locals had to compete intensely so they deserve the superiority you’d say - but the whole reason they had to compete was because the system is underfunded and there are not enough uni and cadre seats ti begin with.

They are learned men and women - does not mean they have an ounce of critical thought. All these local grads are status driven poor poor humans(I don’t mean in terms of money - for the dumb grads that might misconstrue this). They don’t want to see everyone flourish as a whole. They only want to compete. Everything is zero-sum.

This rant is because of the recent problems risen against foreign medical grads and erpm. I dare the swarms of local grads that took to the streets with communist style flame torches to rally to fully standardize the medical entrance exam for all local and foreign grads. But nooooo… equality doesn’t mean everyone should be equal. They would not want there to be a chance to objectively diminish the false intellectual superiority- which would happen is a standardization was set.

The oxymoron is that the very examination standards they protest are the ones they write when they eventually plan to migrate to the UK and AMC.

what’s with the notion that if you pay for your education, that education isn’t valid? And why is this problem only within the medical system, why not in engineering not in law ? The irony is that when when they become doctors, they don’t send their children through the national system. The mos sensible ones atleast send them to international schools and education abroad for higher studies. What needs to change?this is a very primitive way of thinking by the people that are SUPPOSED to be most knowledgeable.
