I recently bought a refurbished Roborock Qrevo Pro. I've spent the last 2–3 hours trying to get the robot to return to the docking station, but without any success.

It always stops right in front of the dock, turns around a few times, then drives away and starts searching for the docking station again. Sometimes it also says: "Error 23 – Please clean the dock location signal transmitter and reset the dock."

Sometimes it also says: "Docking station could not be found. Please place the robot on the dock and try again." But that doesn't help either. If I manually place it on the dock, it charges normally, and I can start a cleaning cycle without any problems. The only issue is that it can never find its way back to the dock.

I've already cleaned the docking station, including all the sensors, reset the dock, and placed it in an open area with nothing around it, but nothing has worked.

Has anyone experienced this problem or knows how to fix it? Or is the robot simply defective?

meine Oma hat schweres COPD und ist auf ein Sauerstoffgerät angewiesen, welches sie zu Hause auch hat. Für unterwegs hat sie eins, das sie zu Hause auffüllen kann, allerdings hält das nur ca. 5 Stunden, was oft ziemlich einschränkt, da alleine die Fahrtzeit, Weg zum Auto etc. schon gerne mal eine Stunde in Anspruch nehmen.

Da sie seit Ewigkeiten, sobald es wärmer wird, den ganzen Tag in ihrem Schrebergarten verbringt, ist das momentan nur ziemlich eingeschränkt möglich mit dem mobilen Gerät. Sie muss immer früher nach Hause, als sie es gerne hätte. Auch der Stress, sobald der Sauerstoff weniger wird ist doof.

Sie möchte sich gerne noch ein Gerät zulegen und hat mich "beauftragt" mal zu schauen, was sinnvoll und gut wäre. Ich blicke allerdings kaum durch und weiß nicht, was passen könnte, weshalb ich hier auf Ratschläge hoffe.

Am besten wäre eigentlich ein mobiles Gerät, akkubetrieben, das 10-12 Stunden hält bei 2L/Min, aber keine Ahnung, ob das realistisch ist.

Ansonsten würde es auch ein stationäres Gerät tun, welches nicht befüllt werden muss. Strom im Garten ist vorhanden.

Hat vielleicht wer Erfahrungen und kann mir einen Tipp geben, über welche Geräte ich mich mal informieren sollte.
