I spend thousands of dollars with fetch a year, and $50 worth of giftcards were suddenly taken the day they were supposed to arrive, this is insanity. My receipts are valid and I do not return them, under the same card EVERY time .
Has this happened to anyone else? I know the manual “withdraw” button is rolling out, but it’s been a few months and since then I’ve not seen a single person not have the button except me. Why is Depop like this? There are so many useful features that are only for certain users—how does this benefit the company at all? I live in the US and my account is pretty old so that might be a factor.
All the money I get is instantly sent to my bank account, which is a problem because I want to spend that money on other things on Depop (depop now allows buying using balance)
