After 3 days of my last(2nd) dosage(ivermectin) some new nodules have started appearing, can't seem to find any burrows, they aren't itching(might be due to anti-histamine) is it possible reinfection

Currently I have been prescribed Benzoyl peroxide cream 4% and Clindamycin & Nicotinamide gel (to be mixed with a moisturizer).

I have followed the routine for about 1.5 months. But new acne keeps coming 😭

These acne have shattered my confidence, please recommend some suggestions.
