i got 95.8% in boards so can i get into st xaviers mumbai for ba econ? and also is it on the basis of best four or aggregate?

i want to pursue an econ degree for my bachelors. ive applied to shiv nadar, ashoka, amity, symbiosis school of economics and am planning to give cuet, npat and set. i just got my results today and ive scored 95.8 (top four). i live in mumbai but was leaning towards moving out and going to delhi for my ug. im also thinking of applying to xaviers and ra podar.

whats the best option among all of the colleges ive listed?

what should i be keeping as my top priority?

funds is not a problem and i want to go abroad for masters. living alone in delhi is also not an issue but seeing how highly competitive cuet is and how i have all of my domains on the same day, i was thinking of maybe not putting in so much effort in that direction.
