I signed up for a weight loss plan in March and got my first 90-day kit a week of confirmation. Each payment comes with an additional refill. June rolls around and I inquired about when my refill would be since I didn't see a refill date or a tracking number.

I ran out of supply during the 2nd week of June and still no update on my refill. They got my $474 in their pockets. I reached out to their customer service and was bounced from endless to endless AI chat. I asked to speak to an actual human where the chat replies would take 5 to 7 hours which turns into days, which then I have to reach back out to then be told the same thing, 5-7 hours some one would reach out. This went on for almost a week until someone actually remotely sounded human replied to me.

June 16th, an order was created, and as of today, my refill has not shipped. I could not get anyone to answer why, and all of a sudden I was told my next refill would be in September.

What can I do? I'm in total limbo with no more medicines, no one cares via chat and feels cheated out of money.

I scoured and scoured for weeks on so many websites, I contemplated Babyboo and Stillwhite but a friend wore a dress to a birthday party from JW Pei and holy crap. It will need alterations but it's here and I have my big day dress. I'm so excited!! ​

Shoes thrifted from Goodwill, brand Betsy Johnson in almost mint condition.

I gifted this bag to my mom, she let my sister borrow it for a night out and returned it completely destroyed. My younger sister could care less. Does anyone know how to get chocolate stains out?

I am devastated.
