If they rebooted Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi like PPG 2016, they’d absolutely butcher their characters. Ami would become painfully annoying like 2016 Bubbles. The colors would be so oversaturated you could barely look at them. They’d also simplify the art style with basic rounded shapes, completely wiping out the anime aesthetic.
