what options do i have on turbos?

alright so i bought my speed 3 for 5k but i tracked down the shop that has maintained my speed 3 since 24, at 119k miles and 1 year ago the shop diagnosed that the turbo was going out because its burning oil and it was around 1q every thousand miles. there is no proof the turbo was replaced and it still burns oil (actively figuring out how much) its currently at 129k miles. i have the car going in sometime next week for a full timing replacement so i will have them check the turbo then, but until that happens what turbo options do i have? im seeing turbos for 300-400 bucks on partsgeek and amazon but a oem turbo from mazda is 2500, what am i missing and what should i go with?

Timing chain rattle?

130k miles and no other signs, mic doesn't pick it up well but its pretty quiet, just loud enough to hear in the cabin on startup (stock so really quiet) just heard it and can't get it out of my mind. Am I huffing copium or is it not timing chain?

do i need a custom tune?

ive been seeing a lot of people getting custom tunes on this sub, so i ask if i need a custom tune for

cobb "cold air" intake
cobb turbo inlet pipe
custom performance engineering hpfp internals

or can i just run a premade cobb tune that comes with the cobb accessport?

Is this timing chain loose?

130k miles

2010

Im being told this is a loose timing chain by my close family, im a complete noob (teenager) and i just dont wanna destroy my motor, no symptoms of a timing chain going out, previous owner said he did it and there was a leak on that side of the valve cover that I fixed but no written/pictured proof, so I ask reddit is my chain cooked.

ive been hearing a lot about a 50-50 bov but can't find any bov's that actually say 50-50 and this is my 1st turbo car so i don't wanna order the wrong part and screw something up, so what bov are yall running and what should i go with?

I have a penny sized hole in my cat after the downpipe but I don't wanna just put another cat on it, is there any test pipes for sale that keeps the o2 sensor (I think thats what attaches to the cat) i have the stock exhaust and everything
