Instructor test/tryout

Hi all, I’m training to be an indoor cycling instructor and I was told to go on the mic for the first time and run through 2 songs. I’m not sure if they expect me to have choreography or anything (I’m a first timer and have never instructed anything before and they know that). And overall any tips on how to prepare and practice on your own in your house and just in general beginner tips? Thank you!

My daughter is getting recruiting interest and I'm realizing how much of what we hear is just mechanics. Email this coach, go to this ID clinic, here's the NCAA timeline. Fine. But nobody talks about the stuff that actually shapes the experience once they're there.

Travel time eating into academics. Whether she'll actually play or sit four years. Mental health. Whether D1 is worth it if she wants to do pre-med or take a real summer internship. The social tradeoffs. The fact that her club coach is never going to tell her not to play at School X because it's a bad fit for her goals.

If you've been through this what's the thing nobody told you that you wish they had? Trying to give her better info than I had.
