So I’m researching and learning more about real estate wholesaling, and I’ve been getting some leads off Zillow… and looking for foreclosure houses to cold call and my main concern is if I were to get a yes deal how would i go about the contract? Where can I get a purchase agreement contract to hand over and get signed whether it is in person or on docu sign. I can’t seem to find out how anywhere. Some help would be greatly appreciated and I’m in Arizona if that matters for the contract.

So I only put one gallon of distilled water for the first start with my new motor b18a1 and it started idling at 2,000 rpm’s and I closed the throttle body manually and it started going up and down in rpm’s like a surge could that be the reason why it’s doing that? Due to the temp sensor freaking out from the air bubbles? I’m also running no crank shaft position sensor what so ever since the b18a1 doesn’t have a crank shaft position sensor but I have obd2 and the car is supposed to have a b18b1 (changed out cuz rodknock and I got the a1 for dirt cheap) I know I’m supposed to do the CKM bypass but I’m wondering about the idle who’s fault it is

Okay so me and my gf are both 19 and I don’t really like to party because I’m more of a stay inside person. And ontop I also have no friends or even friends that are girls My girlfriend on the other hand, loves to party and drink. Most the time she can’t even remember what happened a few days ago let alone any of our past memories together she forgets. I’ve always told her please stop partying and hang out with me only. She’s even told me that many many times. (Yes ive tried going with her but she rather go with her friends) The thing is she got blacked out one party night and a guy had his way with her. She never told me. Some other guy had to tell me. So I’ve tried to get rid of her and never talk to her again but she doesn’t let me leave her. (I took her virginity) I’ve tried everything to stop contact but she comes to my house blow my phone up even on no caller id, I told her I’ll get back with her if she changes but she didn’t. She only started doing it more secretly and I find out she’s going to party’s and hanging out with guys behind my back without telling me. Other guys text me telling me about how she was outside and all. I try to act like I don’t care that she party’s or the fact that she straight out lies that she doesn’t when I have very clear evidence of it. But inside it eats me up hard, every weekend it’s a nightmare of overthinking about how she’s going to party’s and not responding to me. I know she’s never gonna change at this point and I don’t wanna be in her life. I’m so drained from this. She also tells me well maybe you I need to hang out with her constantly all the time so she doesn’t end up at party’s or getting picked up by her guy friends. i wanna focus on making a better future and of course id prefer to have one with a girl but I feel like I can’t find another girl. Ontop of that a “good girl” I’ve been in two relationships they both cheated on me and I’ve never cheated. I’m just a too nice and guilible guy and I don’t even wanna turn into a mean guy which is what appearantly all the lady’s want. They always tell me I’m too nice.
