Exhibiting some ADHD symptoms and I’m worried

I’m a senior in high school and lately I’ve been wondering if I might have ADHD. I started looking into the symptoms and I realized I relate to a LOT of them:

I have pretty much all of these to some degree: getting distracted easily, procrastinating even when I want to do something, forgetting things, losing stuff, struggling with organization/time management, being restless and needing to move/fidget, interrupting or acting without thinking sometimes, hyperfocusing on things (like adhd symptoms)

I also tend to touch my face a lot and pace around sometimes. I sometimes talk really fast too. (if only I could write/type as fast as I could talk)

I was also looking into autism because I wanted to see if there was overlap. There are a couple things I relate to, like pacing/stimming and sometimes talking quickly, but I don’t really have sensory issues, fixed routines, or special interests. I also generally understand sarcasm, when people are making fun of me, and when someone is clearly lying.

Socially, I’m usually considered pretty funny and sociable (both to my irls and online friends) although I can definitely be annoying sometimes lol. I just take a little while to become comfortable/friendly with new people, like coworkers or new classmates, but ill usually consider most people friends if they don’t annoy me. Since starting senior year I’ve only really made 2 new friends though in a span of a month, but we don’t really hang out outside of school (well because we’ve known each other for less than a month lol, I’m sure at one point I’ll ask them to study or hang out at the mall or something when I get around to it)  :)

I know nobody here can diagnose me, but for people with ADHD, does this sound familiar? What made you realize you might

Side-note: but I vaguely remember my Mom looking at videos about adhd children and their behaviors. The only reason i remember this was because i thought it meant you had 20/20 visions lmfao ”ad-HD“. -I was a dumb kid 🫠🫠🫠

Is it possible for me to relax my hair (3b and some 3a) (high density)

I’ve been thinking about getting a relaxer, I don’t want my hair to be silky straight just around 1c-2a-ish

If possible I do plan on getting it done by a professional

What’s my hair density?

first image is my hair dry parted in the middle

2nd is my hair wet right after shampooing and conditioning

third is my hair parted while wet

fourth is my back/crown hair while wet

and last is my hair straightened in a middle part (dry obviously)

I know I don’t have low density but I’m not sure if it’s medium or high, please help!
