I didn't intend to spend this long on it- but 12hrs later of work lol, honestly not even as detailed as I may have wanted but I needed to get it done.
I love Lost Boys characters and oc's so much and I love drawing any of them camped out so you know I had to
Ok. So. I have a commission in need to get done by July 3rd (some of days nxt wk i'm busy tho so i don't have much time to finish this)
Painting not going well, it looks fine I guess? I'm not happy with it but it's also not awful? apart from the nose, it's to small and not as far up as needed so.
I either keep it like this.
Or I paint over the nose and retry it
I'm thinking I repaint the nose. Honestly this close to restarting the whole thing and just tryna rush get it done
Dead by Daylight x The Lost Boys concept [non-canon]

Killer - David

(+ The other boys such as Marko, Paul and Dwayne are cosmetics (similar to legion))
(This could overall work as a Legion skins)
The boys could flicker between their true vampiric look and their more human disguise/look (similar to how The Krasue changes altho it would be purely cosmetic)
Within the book, movie and musical the vampire's are able to fly, have inhuman strength and speed and create these kind of visions or lures (seen with them chanting in Michael's mind and the maggots/chinese food scene), it's debated whether they can mind read or possibly hypnotise or not.
This speed would align with The Legion's ability, having a power more focused on speed. Something like The Ghoul's power to leap and give the idea of flying that would match them.
So they could easily be worked into Legion or as their own killers, giving that horror but slight comedy and playfulness due to them 'playing with their food'.
Of course there is already a vampire in Dracula and a speed group in Legion so a cosmetic could work but I think they could also create just a fun concept chapter. Something with that inherently 80s feel that even tho most of the slashers are from, don't visibly look like it. Where u would then have the very 80s hairstyles and clothes to give these guys.
Cosmetic

Concept wise u could even add their death appearances, with Marko staked, Dwayne frazzled and electric with the crossbow bolt still there, Paul partially melted/face eaten away and David with the antlers still puncturing him but partially broken off.
Survivor
------------
Could 100% be Michael. It would give the survivors another 'non-human' survivor as it could be taken when he is simply 'half turned'.
The relationship between David and Michael is already really complex and such a mix of hate and want, security and freedom, reality and dreams. Having them on opposite sides could create add to that interesting dynamic between the two.
David (or the other boys) taunting Michael specifically if played against him, just because they can.
You could also have the Frog Siblings as they are iconic to the movies and musical. 2 wannabe 'monster-hunters' too big for their boots all geared up like the end of Lost Boys. Realising only now they are way over their head but keeping that false bravado.
Star is another possibly as she is also half but i'm unsure what side, on 1 she could be a survivor but the Lost Boys never really wanted to hurt her at any point, not truly. On the other having her as a killer could be really interesting and have a version where she has either given into vampirism or is still a half and is fighting the whole time to not drink from any survivor she kills.
Map wise -

Either gotta do the boardwalk or the cave. There's so much going on visually it would make it really cool to play in but also each area has so many nooks and hideaway bits u could link up into other map pieces.
The boys bikes parked somewhere, all the missing posters lined up, the occasional burned up body piece from the bonfires.

Did some intros yesterday and all went well, i had been letting them slowly get to know eachother from afar for 2 wks and then yesterday let my 2 most friendly meet eachother. So baby Bailey and teenage Pickle met in the bath yesterday and Pickle decided Bailey was a stinky baby haha
Some dom cleaning too but full bath earlier on too
Their all in together now and the babies are following the teens around which is sweet, the babies have also been sleeping with them so Pickle and Scooter are so far proving to be good big brothers 🫶
So I have this old sword (yes it is real it is fully sharpened and not a fake one). It was from my grandson house and has been in a big chest for decades, she believes it's from another Scottish clan from our own but hard to know the history.
Anyway I want to clean up the handle but not sure what to use, it looks like the handle is made of brass but if anyone has any advice or tips on what to use to clean it without damaging it that would be greatly appreciated
